The Lombardo story began in 1961, when Cosimo and Antoinette Lombardo built their first single-family community in Warren, Michigan. Over the course of more than 50 years, the Lombardo Homes team has maintained the same commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction Cosimo and Antoinette established when building those first homes, becoming the sought-after builder of new construction homes in Michigan and St. Louis. At Lombardo Homes, we pride ourselves on being a family. We’re family-owned and operated, now managed by the second generation of Lombardos: Anthony Lombardo, CEO; Anna Lisa Lombardo, CFO; Cathy Lombardo, Vice President of Property Management (Michigan); and Sebastian Lombardo, Cranbrook Custom Homes President (Michigan). But beyond that, we treat our entire team like family. When our team members succeed, we all succeed; when they struggle, we all pitch in to build them back up. This has always been the Lombardo way, today and 50 years ago. In 2011, Lombardo Homes expanded into St. Louis, Missouri, where we now build 160 homes a year. One of the first building companies to introduce custom home building with production building efficiencies as well as modern technologies, our St. Louis division has quickly become synonymous with fresh, modern ideas, luxury, and customer driven customization.
