Beazer has been very efficient from start to finish so far. Information has been available regarding the entire process. While there were some minor issues as with any new build, they were quick to respond and correct. Mike W on the construction side has been very courteous and cooperative in getting things done when needed.

We have built several homes over the years and our experience with Beazer has by far been the best!

Overall Beazer Homes has been great in terms of communication, updates on progress during the course of construction and they were right on time as they promise regarding construction schedule to the way to closing despite the pandemic. Punch items were acted and completed with no issues. Just need a little patience.

Beazer will work with you and are committed to you being comfortable and happy with your purchase. They respond to your concerns and open to suggestions.

From the sales team to the builder, Beazer kept me informed every step of the way and their response time is excellent. My home is just beautiful and the community is just what I was looking for.

If you expect no bumps in the road then buying new/building aren't for you. They are always there. What you can expect from Beazer is to deal with those bumps quickly and fairly. From the purchase process through punch lists, I felt like the Beazer Team did a good job of keeping things on track and fixing things when they strayed a bit.

Our initial New Home Counselor and Construction/ building Project Manager were OUTSTANDING. Keep us in the loop, answered questions and resolved items promptly and professionally.

Everything has gone without a hitch. From purchase through move-in, everything has been a pleasure thanks to our sales team and our construction supervisor.

From the 1st time we looked at Bishop's Landing our experience was amazing. Shannon in Sales went above and beyond to assist in selecting our perfect home. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, when it came time to build we were unable to watch the build in person. Rob our project manager was awesome, he kept us updated with weekly photos and detailed descriptions during each stage of the build. Even though Rob had many homes going up at the same time ( all in different stages), he was always only a text away to answer any questions or concerns we had during the build and after closing, making us feel as if we were his only customer. Responsible and responsive

We wanted a quick move in and the Beazer team helped us complete the purchase process in 5 weeks.

Take time to look at your new home being built. Stay in touch with the person who is keeping you posted on your up dates. Most of all ask questions if you do not understand something.

From the first interaction with our sales representative through to closing day, we felt that we were in good hands with Beazer. We had friends who recommended the neighborhood, and Beazer had the model and lot that we wanted. The buying process was really streamlined, and no pressure. We really appreciated the insight the design rep brought when we were picking out all of our features, her input was really helpful to ensuring that our vision for the look and feel of our home was realized. We opted for a delayed delivery, and again our sales rep did a great job of keeping us informed of the upcoming schedule. We did end up working with a few different construction managers during the process, but we always had ample opportunities to meet with them as the house was being built, and they were both quick to return any phone calls/respond to emails. Beazer also used an automated program that sent us weekly emails with pictures of the latest progress that had been made on the house. Since we were living a few hours away at the time, that was awesome, and we now have an album of photos from just an empty lot to our beautiful finished home. When we first started looking at potential places to build our retirement home, we did not anticipate jumping in with both feet so quickly, but because Beazer had the right lot, in the right neighborhood, coupled with their amazing, hands-on team, it was an easy decision for us to pull the trigger. ... It’s all in the details. From the start, we were impressed with construction techniques and materials. Durning the build process we were updated as different projects were completed. As with all homes their are always going to be touch ups or blemishes that need to be addressed, and they are handled quickly with satisfaction being important. This my 7th overall home purchase, 5 being new construction. From the sales encounter, to a 3-week settlement (unheard of), Walk-thru and punch list, Beazer surpasses all, including NV Homes who we purchased from in the Bulle Rock development in Havre de Grace, Md.

At every turn we were assisted and problems resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Beazer Team.

Energy efficient, attention to details and optional 5th bedroom makes for a roomy getaway for my family and friends! Love the living space and the extra large kitchen counter provides an inviting atmosphere for all ages!

Be patient.

First we bought a "Spencer 2" as a second home. We were delighted, and decided to make Bishops Landing our home. We easily sold the "Spencer 2" in days with the help of a great local Realtor and the Beazer sales office. That enabled us to move up to a new Dirickson. Bought the model home with a 18-24 month leaseback. It was a seamless process and it is comforting to know that the home will be well cared for until we are ready to move in.
