I am elated because my wife is elated. We were able to design the house from the exterior brick to the cabinet doors. The experience and the staff were great.

Chad, Matt, and Angelo have been great! They attended to all issues I had/have! My wife and I are very pleased with how we’ve been serviced thus far! Quality of the home, paint job to be more specific, did not meet my expectations. I opted for the upgrade in paint, but now wish I would’ve stayed w their base and just have someone else come out and put better quality paint on.

Dalton and the entire sales team have been awesome and very accommodating . If it were not for Dalton working with us we might not have gotten our wonderful home .

Throughout the construction process, Project Manager, Chad, and Beazer Realtor, Angelo, did an outstanding job in providing weekly updates via FaceTime and calls. I had a great experience from start to finish. The initial visit to the sales center provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. At the design center, I had plenty of options to choose from to design MY home. Throughout the build process, I was kept completely informed of progress, and was welcome to bbn visit and ask any question.

Everything was good sales to builder

Everyone involved was real helpful and did great. If I had a question or needed anything it was done promptly. Small minor things came up or discovered later, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Mike and Dalton were great!

My wife and I retired and wanted to find a one level home that would be to our advantage as we grow older. Miraculously we found Magnolia Farms. We loved the idea of the Villas, but when we saw the Finley we knew we had found the right home for us. We love our community and though we are still experiencing the growing issues that comes with construction we are Loving and Living in our new home.
