I bought the Carolina floor plan & I love the uniqueness of it. The rotunda entry is what sold me on this house. I love all of the add features Bloomfield offers that other builders would consider an upgrade. When I purchased my house every room comes with ceiling fans, the guest rooms have the added shelves, a fence, sprinkler system etc. A lot of companies make features like that a chargeable option. I've only had a few minor issues (i.e. a couple of blinds went crooked when you turned them up). They came and fixed that quickly. Everyone's been very friendly and helpful. ... More
