It’s a nice looking home. Build quality / materials not that great. I wouldn’t go this route again . It’s not a bad home. I’ve learned a lot from this experience

The home is beautiful! The site managers are ridiculous. Literally it’s like pulling teeth to get them to answer questions directly. Constantly give noncommittal responses or just don’t respond to them at all. After closing, we were assigned another site manager. Same issue. Takes days to respond. Already had issues with features of our home and had to put in service tickets. I’d suggest another builder. Pulte (Centext) seem to only think of you as a number and just want your money. ... More
