Though I acknowledge Pulte is still trying to solve open issues, the fact of the matter is that I found too many issues with Centex not only before and during closing but afterwards. Some of them related to internal communications in Centex and third parties/design center and some others related to construction, management and final execution. Field manager was suddenly changed and things improved after that but still important issues were found and still I am struggling to have them closed. Make sure u run the water all at the same time to make sure the plumbing was done correctly and don’t have issues

The rushed slot of stuff in the house, they should they have not taken there time. Cracks in the structures inside, appliances not working, gutting has holes, take your time and build these homes..

Windows, garage door, yard, just the overall experience that i went through to buy the house left a sour taste in my mouth and even the realtor would choose the same. I wouldnt do it again

I would say the house was not done with the best quality. There have been things that have been repaired since the move in. Sloppy work at times.

The first time we where checking the house right off the gate they promised things and we had to fight to get the things that were promised, There's horrible communication with the company and us. We were supposed to move into the home back in June and ended up moving in almost 2 months after. Overall the communication is horrible and the worst I've seen trying to buy a home. There's still a bunch of issues with the house that again we were promised to be fixed and yet nothing has been done. The grass outside has so many faults its hard to even count. First of all the grass isn't placed correctly. There's plenty of patches where the ground isn't covered and its not leveled. There's still left over construction marks on the street in front of us that was never cleaned up properly. There was plenty of weeks with zero communication between the homeowners association and us. Before and during closed I felt rushed and even threaten at one point. The trades and people who physically worked on the house was very poor quality and needed to be redone multiple times throughout the whole build process. The land scape was very poor to the point where most of it need to be redone and paid for by the home owner (myself). That includes uneven bed lines around mulched areas, the dirt that was used to level and grade the yard was extremely poor quality (rocks all throughout yard) and uneven when grass was laid making mowing and yard work very difficult. This was the same impression throughout the neighborhood, also the sprinkler system was done terribly (whoever did it shouldn’t be doing sprinkler systems period). I’ve lived here for a month and my ice maker doesn’t work, and the toilet paper holder in the half bath has already become unhinged from the wall. Other than that everything else is average.

If you get the Compton model, be sure to question about gutters for the front door. We were told we didn't need gutters, but there is a virtual flood over the front door whenever it rains.
