Great people, fast service and responsiveness. Quality of wall materials is somewhat unsatisfactory. Very sensitive wall paint for example. Far more sensitive than our previous very old house. Overall great experience with the company.

I love my new home! The only drawback is the all the noises and sounds due to proximity to neighbors-home needs better insulation.

We like our home but the house has to many details that weren’t taken care of, we moved in the house and it was when Covid-19 just started so the excuse was that they couldn’t come inside the house

The home buying process was quite good. However, there are some issues in the workmanship of the house that we’d liked resolved. Due to Covid-19, we are hesitant in calling people over to the house , so we haven’t requested any repairs yet.

Nice new home except for the punch list wasn’t taken care of before closing and we are told now we have to claim it on warranty and we were told it would supposedly be cleaned 3 times before closing was left dirty

Disappointed I have to pay extra for a garage door opener and trim around my windows. Also not happy with the very limited choices of the standard things like cabinetry and flooring. I’ll have to spend time and Money tearing out most of it.

the home buying experience was great... But follow up issues with the plumbing and the refrigerator has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am currently trying to schedule a drywall repair that should have been done a week ago!
