The process was very smooth. The details were accurate and easy to understand. The engineer was very helpful too in making sure that we knew what was going on in the building process.

Dan Ryan provided us exactly what they promised from the beginning. We love our house. They are always quick to answer questions and fix anything that needs fixing. I trust Dan Ryan; and will use them again if we ever have to.

We moved in 3 months ago and we love our new home. Friendly neighbors, quiet and peaceful community. Excellent communication from our builders, namely Zack,who is always helpful and resourceful. Love my new home.

I absolutely love my townhouse and thought Dan Ryan did an awesome job. My only criticism is that the basic carpet installed seem kind of cheap, I had to have someone come in to fix a hole when i first moved in and it also has been shedding a lot.

We are happy with our new home!

Overall I am happy with the home. I love it and enjoy it. However, I do feel the quality could've been better. The paint is not consistent in certain areas, the structure of the house is not even all around, tile was missing in parts of the floor, writing was left on the walls and all of the requests submitted to be fixed prior to closing was not updated for various reasons. I understand no home is perfect but when spending your hard earned cash when building from ground up I just expected things to be as I requested but was not fulfilled. The response time to calls was no more than 48 hours while under contract phase. The design center was my favorite part of the process as I was able to get everything I wanted, even though I may have had to fix it myself I am happy with the home.
