From the moment we first met the Oxford Greens Sales rep, Ronda, and then, the Construction Manager Tony, and Customer Service Facilitator Keven, ALL of our questions, choices and related concerns about lot choice, material and options choices and the construction process were addressed promptly, honestly in our best interests, and completely accurately. In addition, all of the projected construction completion dates were met. Only two units of the 400+ have no overhang above front door! Snow piles against the front door and when open falls onto the wood floor! Deliveries get soaked in the rain! If we were told that we would have this elevation, we would not have purchased this unit. Also No internet or TV for 6 weeks now! Cable was never pulled in the street! ... More

Great purchase experience, poor follow through with all the repairs and corrections needed. Flooring has splintered at every joint and we have been waiting for 5 weeks for a Shaw manufacturers rep to come look at it. OUR contract is with Pulte NOT the flooring manufacturer.
