The buying process was easy from start through close. Everyone was very professional and responsive throughout.

Overall marks are high. Warranty issues such as shower tile, leaky sliders and sticking stove knob will be taken care of. Paint splatters everywhere.

Just some minor issues to be taken care of after settlement. Nothing major. All and All this appears to be a well built house.

Beautiful homes

Timelines are usually met. Quality of subcontractors may vary. Problems are usually solved. Lot sizes may be narrow.

The communication and responsiveness during the sales and the build process were superb. Never any issue with reaching someone to answer a question. We know we have a really good house. Our only issues were around the design center where staff was not well informed of our options and colors shown to use on paper in no way accurately reflected the actuals. Strongly recommend going directly to Sherwin Williams to see the paint chips. ... More

Overall nice home but the craftsmanship was terrible many do overs.....multiple times on same items.....still not remedy on paint and drywall issues.....we do understand we have time to get remedy but tile concerns electrical concerns plumbing issues....would not recommend this builder though supervisors and sales people were great, selection of upgrades and explanations were not a good experience due to lack of explanations ... I believe that Del Webb knows what they are doing as they build all these 55+ communities. They know what people are looking for and enjoy. They work with reputable companies that know how to keep the building process on schedule. Too many options that should have been included. Many options or varilbes we’re not explained.

It is suggested that the Prospective buyer have all his questions answered and be totally satisfied during various phases from lot selection to completion of their dream Home.

Although the home is a quality house I believe certain areas could be improved upon. This starts at the design center which is where a lack of information and explanation to the home owner is lacking. Pulte also did not offer alternates to what they build. Such as I did not want a beverage refrigerator and in not selecting that option I lost the butlers pantry in its entirety. No dimmers for the chandeliers. switches in the wrong location, Garage parking is short hard to park one car. I feel I got more value for the money in our lasts home we had in The Villages. ... More

Process was easy from sales with Dustin through build with field manger Brice. Always had guidance and questions were answered quickly. Love my new home

Loved my DelWebb experience! It’s a great community and I love my new house!

The homes are built with top notch materials but since the finished product depends on humans to bring it all together the buyer still needs to pay close attention to details. We are still cleaning up grout overage on floors, sloppy concrete drips on garage floor, poor paint coverage, just lack of care of the details. Stuff that a buyer tends to gloss over in the "celebration" walk thru. I really enjoyed working with my building supervisor Brice. He was always available to me. His work ethics were impeccable. He responded quickly and followed through even afterwards. It was a wonderful experience knowing he was on my side. The head supervisor Bill also was helpful, if Brice wasn’t available he was their. The team worked diligently to get things done. ... More

Excellent buying experience. Home constructed as expected. Some desired upgrades and options were not available, e.g., impact resistant windows, electrical modifications, additional plumbing outlets, etc. Warranty service is difficult to obtain.

Make sure floor's are properly cleaned. Garage floor is cleaned.
