We are pleased with the house except the trim work is not good at all. The finish is rough & lumpy. There was no attention to detail on the baseboards, door frames, and where the shower tiles meet the walls. The cover that Phoenix mounted in the laundry room looks pathetic. It will not stay closed & it looks like it’s falling off the wall. There are gouges all around the door. We found Robert to be trustworthy & very helpful. Jenna & Nikki were fantastic. Overall, the Del Webb home buying experience was good. The sales consultant, the builder, everyone went out of their way to be supportive and helpful. Frame materials are 2nd or 3rd rate. Finish subs lack attention to details. Houses and surfaces not properly protected during construction. Home construction and finished detail selection process too fast. Community and club options great.

Don't count on closing until 4 to 6 weeks later than the date you're given initially.

Staffing is inadequate. Everyone tries not enough resources

Need to keep a close eye on what is being done in a house being built. Builder tends to depend on warranty work instead of doing it right the first time. The focus is not on quality but they will deliver when they say they will. The good news is warranty team never complains about fixing building issues. ... More

Workmanship is a bit sloppy

Structural quality is very basic. Architectural interior are average, plumbing fixtures and shower are average quality, carpets are lower quality and are being replaced, outside water displacement is marginal and erosion control is marginal to poor. Finished wood work done sloppy, cabinets finished poorly, even with one color paint the job wasn’t done well For the money paid nothing outstanding about the house

Love, love, love my new house! However, beware if you are buying a lot in a brand new phase of the neighborhood. It has been a NIGHTMARE trying to get deliveries to my house...no one can find it on GPS....there is another street in Del Webb with the same name, but different suffix . My street name was changed after move-in, which has been frustrating to have to change it with utilities. AT&T internet was not available until after I moved in. Still waiting on street lights.... ... More
