As for any other issues, I've had with Pulte Mortgage... I'm sure these Agents were following the Pulte LLC Rules ! I'd never buy, again and use the same LLC to handle every aspect of my transaction. Very good experience...up front on most aspects of the purchase. One criticism would be that when we received the keys (including mailbox key) no one mentioned that mail delivery would not be at the mailbox, but instead would require trips to the post office to receive mail/USPS deliveries. Throughout the building process, we were informed of all the extras the Del Webb/Pulte puts into a home. Any cosmetic problems we had were handled very quickly. We are happy we purchased this home.

They definitely have this house building down to a science. Wonderful experience. I love Festival. It's so nice here.
