My field mgr. was wonderful! He addressed any and all of my problems. Although I know this is not a custom built home, I believe the level of craftsmanship could be better, especially on the finish work. Some of the problems I incurred were small but should have been seen as the work was being done...not by the homeowner. That goes for inside and outside. We got the quality we expected given the very reasonable price and we are now happily living in it with no issues. When you consider the included amenities the home is a steal.

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch is a beautiful community. Landscaping, houses, and layout of the community are all topnotch.

The entire Pulte experience was seamless.

We are very pleased with our new home. There were very few items to list on our 30-day checklist for them to come back to remedy. They were very responsive during our move-in period. We would highly recommend Del Webb!

The sales staff was very helpful in helping us pick out the various fixtures, cabinets etc for our new home. We lived in New York and the construction foreman kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress being made, we closed on time.

As soon as we came into the Del Webb community sales office we were sure this was the place for us. We have not been disappointed with our decision. Great 55+ community with plenty of events to meet people, fantastic facilities, and membership use of the Grande Dunes Ocean Club facilities. Wonderful walk and bike paths, exercise room, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts. Pulte/Del Webb has been very responsive to the few minor items that needed addressing. ... More

All employees were extremely helpful, courtesy and responsive to all our questions throughout the whole process

We are still waiting for Pulte to respond to our request to fix a couple of issues.

Workmanship suffers due to limited time subcontractors have to complete the job.

Wes was our contact person on construction. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the construction process and keeping us up to date. Sorry he not available for other future home buyers he has moved on to other Pulte projects.

We live out of state and were unable to have on-site viewing as our home was being built. Our Field Supervisor was great about sending us pictures, and calling to talk with us about the progress of the construction. When we came for the final walk-through and signing, we were so happy to see we had a lovely, well-built home. We still are not moved in yet, but have had an opportunity to spend some time in our new home. Everything works as it should, and the few issues that we had were addressed right away and resolved satisfactorily. We have met neighbors, used the pool, gym, etc., and are eager to move into our new community (hopefully within the next few months). We are confident that we will love it! ... More

Happy with most everything except can't seem to get shutters on outside of home after many requests, and refrigerator won't produce ice cubes in ice maker.

Good communication throughout the process from our sales representative and our field manager. When an issue arose, it was handled fairly and in a timely manner.

Timelines are usually met. Quality of subcontractors may vary. Problems are usually solved. Lot sizes may be narrow.

I'm loving my home but Del Webb has located the patio of the new home being constructed next to mine 8 feet from my patio. The back door of the home next door looks directly into my home and my door looks directly into the home next door. I'm not happy about either of these situations. Care should have been taken to avoid this. Del Webb needs to provide privacy for both our homes in the form of a privacy wall between them. I'm hoping they will offer and I don't have to fuss about it. A screened in porch with either latice work or some type of privacy between the two homes. I want to be able to recommend Del Webb as solving problems created in the building process. ... More

It was actually hard to chose which model we wanted to build on our lot. great designs and features and very good customer service & communication from our construction supervisor, Jason, and our salesman, Steve, during the whole building and turnover process.
