Overall nice home but the craftsmanship was terrible many do overs.....multiple times on same items.....still not remedy on paint and drywall issues.....we do understand we have time to get remedy but tile concerns electrical concerns plumbing issues....would not recommend this builder though supervisors and sales people were great, selection of upgrades and explanations were not a good experience due to lack of explanations ... Everyone is very pleasant and helpful

The people we dealt with at Del Webb (Pulte Homes)were fantastic, from Darren the sales person, Nikki in the design studio, John our Field Manager, to the girls at Pulte Mortgage. I give each and everyone of them 5 stars. I love our home, but I believe they do not have enough workers to complete the homes within the time frame and do a quality job. Our sod has been our biggest complaint even before we moved in, but Pulte refuses to do anything about it. Many others in the neighborhood have the same complaint. We have some patches where the sod is nice and green, the rest looks yellow and half dead. It is our responsibility to pay for someone to treat the lawn and pay to water it in order to see if we can make it look decent in 12 to 18 months. Some people have spent 3 to 6 months fighting to get some areas replaced or have replaced it at their own expense. The driveway... Problems, but we had an outside source do epoxy, and they fixed the driveway problem for us. The paint job is sloppy, lots that should have been cleaned up, scraped off, cleaned off the carpet and floors, drizzles all over, and not quality work, because they have to hurry to move onto the next job. Bottom line, need to hire more workers to assure quality workmanship and still meet the deadline they are promising the buyers. On the surface, or home looks great, and we do love it. But I wouldn't call it "quality" work vs what we paid for the house. Suggestion would be to meet with some of the new owners and determine what they feel could be done to make their home better and help Del Webb in improving the homes. ... More

It appears that some materials were not up to the upgrade we thought we would have. Also, due to delays on other items, it appears some work such as carpet installation should have been delayed until the cabinets were installed. We love our new home. We enjoyed watching each step of it being built. Everything went pretty smoothly. Since being in our home we’ve had issues with our doors. I sent an email and still nothing. So a little frustrated with the lack of response. But all in all we’re very pleased with our new home. ... More

Pulte Builders on time and easy closing.

Adam M. went above and beyond in helping us with the buying of our new home, as we were in CA. With Covid 19, we were unable to come to TX, so Adam went out weekly to take pictures of the progress of our new home and was in constant contact with us. We were not able to fly out for the closing and signed docs online. Was not present for walkthrough, but sent a punch list of what we saw in pictures that needed to be corrected. The contractor said he did the walkthrough, but it was very apparent that that was not true as there was no battery in a smoke alarm and was beeping until we went to buy and install a battery. Was very disappointed when we moved into our new home, as it was not cleaned. Had to sweep, vacuum, dust and clean paint from tile and grout throughout the house before moving anything in. Love the house and neighborhood but finishing work is a concern as is handling of incorrect grout color that was recolored versus removed and redone.

Builder was very good. The representatives of builders were excellent. Contacting the association and sub contractors need some improvement.

Working with Ken in sales was really good, he kept us informed about the progress of our home up till it was finished. Our building Supervisor Kohl kept in touch with us on each step of the build and corrected any issues that we had along the way. Right now we're compiling a list of items that need to be corrected and will wait and see how that is handled. ... More

Give yourself plenty of time for the mortgage process, it is slower than you think.

So far it's been over a month there not getting the work that needs to be done.

Construction managers are deceitful

They work with you to give you the best home for the money and address any concerns you may have!

The neighbors are so nice and thoughtful in this age restricted community. This is my 4th home by Del Webb.

The construction went smoothly. The house is well built and extremely impressed at the quality of the house. However, the confidence of sales person to loan officer and others in terms of communications to the buyer (me) was quite poor.
