Solid construction but a little sloppy with fit up. No major issues and customer service team was responsive to address issues.

Overall went very well. Excellent construction supervisor. Challenges include long lead time for input of design choices; limited appliance options; and limited interior paint options. Mortgage process went well but closing did not go well.

There are definitely things I would change in this house. For example, the shelves in the kitchen cabinets are too high and I am unable to move them without help (which I don't have). I will have to hire someone to do this for me. The linen closet is tiny and will not accommodate towels. But overall I really like this home. ... More

Cleanliness and finish work were less professional than I expected. A large number of paint splatters on wood floor, circles of paint on floor where paint can was set. Food flooring has flaws. Window sills, bathtub, sliding glass door tracks and other areas dirty. Front door not properly set. Gap under door lets wind howl through the house. Be particular, keep up quality

This was our second Pulte home having purchased a Summit Surry Crest Loft in Sun City Carolina Lakes and living there for ten years before moving to SCTX. Overall we are pleased with the quality and value of Pulte homes given that they are mass produced and not custom houses. The options for elevations and add-ons like Sun Rooms and patios allow some flexibility to personalize the house. Not many options for landscaping, that is an area where Pulte could improve. Sod lawns in our neighborhood tend to be weedy. Warranty department and our field manager were excellent helping us prepare to move in our home as were the closing department at Pulte tItle. No real complaints about home - we enjoy living in a Sun City community with many amenities although all activities are shut down until the coronavirus situation is resolved. ... More

Danny, our field manager is perfect for his role. He has a great personality and obviously cares very much about the buying experience, the quality of the homes and he loves the residents. It just shows and he is great The Pulte Warranty department has been super reliable. Our service representative has been extremely helpful and responsive. Hanook has done everything feasible to get minor repairs made to our home. He has don’t this in a way that demonstrates professionalism, efficiency and caring for the customers. The only weak link in the process seems to be Synergy. They have been slow to respond to repairs that have been needed after we moved in and somewhat rude on the phone. There was one day we stayed home for their appointment and they did not show up. They mainly seem interested in selling to us and that is disappointing. Why would we consider buying more from them when wiring wasn’t completed and they seemed none to eager to make repairs? This is disappointing. The only bright spot has been the young man who finally did come out to make the repaired. He was friendly, efficient and helpful. ... More

After visiting SS and deciding on a model, we felt everything had to be committed to so fast. Because of uncertainty in the sale of our home so we could not commit to SS we had no choice but to say no to the sale in SS. Things changed, Two days later we called to see if we could go ahead with the sale in SS and was surprised that the price went up and after agreeing on a lesser property (from 23,000.00 to a $13,000.00)so we could afford the home the bottom line price we final price was surprised dollars off than where we started from. We were able to move here 4 months prior to closing time which was very helpful in seeing the process. (First time buying a production built home) which can drive you crazy watching something you are buying and maybe wanting to change things as you see things. We feel the quality of the inside work could have been better. Now that we are moved in we have had a few issues, which were taken care of in a timely manner, some still outstanding but on the record to be completed. We're only in our new home 7 weeks. So far we've only had minor issues. All of them are being addressed as I write this review.. Pulte has a very good team. Sales, Construction and Warranty. Issues get resolved but seem to take a long time.

Elaine, our salesperson was awesome. Our project manager for the construction, Mike was very helpful and took care of concerns promptly. Love our new home!

Many mistakes made with construction, material reused to correct the mistakes. Several Trim problems through out home. And many minor issues that as an owner have been corrected that shouldn’t be.

Our experience has been a good one, this is the fifth new home we have owned. This has been the best build we have encountered so far.

The major issue I have with Del Webb Pulte is follow thru on issues and the length of time to get any answer to problems I have. The people are really nice but do not seem to care since I pay cash and have legitimate issues with a few items. I love my home very much if only the little problems and issues on things Pulte does not communicate to its customers such as me. ... More

I was not present for the building of my home, but Del Webb met my need to monitor progress on construction with a virtual meeting and by meeting with my representatives in my absence. When glitches did arise, I found the help of my sales counselor and, later, my field supervisor invaluable. Post move-in, they have been very responsive to my requests. ... More

House is great. Upgrades are overpriced

Pulte personnel have been great in answering questions, providing paperwork and getting issues answered.

Our experience thus far was very good. Home completed on time and in good order. Site supervisor Nick was exceptionally responsive. Quality of home look really good. Time will tell. Will review again after a year has passed.

Beware of closing .. they are NOT FLEXABLE on changing dates! They work on their dates not your schedule. We wanted to postpone our closing by a week and they would not accommodate. They will charge a daily rate if you don’t close by the date they issue. We were reminded that when we signed the paperwork it was stated that pulse has the right to issue the date so just beware that if you are coming from out of town that you are available. ... More
