We started the building of our home in March 2020 and moved in early August 2020. David our construction manager was outstanding! He kept us informed with a weekly update and photo's of the building progress. Closing was in our community and keys were ready right after that. Keep in contact with the building superintendent and ask questions if you're not sure of anything. If possible visit the home site as much as you can and inspect the progress.

Option or upgrades should include, at time of construction, grout sealing for those who select ceramic or porcelain tile, and choice of sliding doors or French doors.
