It is a good experience...our saleslady missed giving us some of the available options, but overall we are very pleased with our new home. It is not a custom house..we understood that going in but able to fulfill our needs in most ways. Our builder manager did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Our only complaint was that there were some options we did NOT want, but not taking them was NOT an option. I find this strange as it costs them time, labor and material...we then took them out after we moved in...this is a lose-lose in my opinion.
