I am loving my new home. It is absolutely perfect for me. So far, I have found the workmanship to be excellent. The floor plan is innovative and very efficient. Since I was downsizing, I was afraid I had brought too much stuff but surprisingly I find that I have plenty of storage in this house, As much kitchen stuff as I have, there was a place for all of it. This kitchen is one of the most efficient I have every seen. I do wish they had an option for built in ovens so they are at eye level but other than that, I love the kitchen. My friends that have visited all say they have "house envy". And one of them has already bought the exact same floor plan for me right around the corner. All the neighbors are great and there is so much going on here that you don't ever have to be bored or lonely unless you just choose to be. This was a good decision for me. ... More

All of the people I dealt with, the sales office, design center and the supervisor of the building of my home were very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns

My experience with the building of my home was good the staff informed me often about the building progress. Sending pictures and answering questions I am happy with my new neighborhood and home.

Good sales and build experience. Choice of options is limited and really adds to the price considerably--a bit of a surprise! Quality of some details--paint, wood trim--not up to the quality of the overall house. Overall great home!!

My superintendent Randy was great. Always patient and understanding and promptly reactive. Some items way overpriced (esp. at design center where there is a great deal of pressure. I'm loving my home but Del Webb has located the patio of the new home being constructed next to mine 8 feet from my patio. The back door of the home next door looks directly into my home and my door looks directly into the home next door. I'm not happy about either of these situations. Care should have been taken to avoid this. Del Webb needs to provide privacy for both our homes in the form of a privacy wall between them. I'm hoping they will offer and I don't have to fuss about it. A screened in porch with either latice work or some type of privacy between the two homes. One issue was the bathroom. The shower door hit the door when opened so changed door to an accordion door. Superficial cracks on back patio had to be filled in.

My wife and I fully enjoyed the build process. Our field manager did a fantastic job addressing our questions and concerns. We would do it again.

The construction went smoothly. The house is well built and extremely impressed at the quality of the house. However, the confidence of sales person to loan officer and others in terms of communications to the buyer (me) was quite poor.

As a couple who has built 7 other new homes through the years, we consider the Pulte experience of selecting and constructing the home to be very good. We enjoyed it. The Pulte Mortgage experience was the only black mark on the entire process. Otherwise it would have been 5 star overall. ... More

Great home buying experience overall!

I completed the building process from 1300 miles away. It would not have been possible without a construction liaison who stayed in close contact.

We love the house, except . . . the concrete work is shoddy. The garage floor has a rough section near the wall. Additionally, patches were required closer to the center of the floor, which a friend told me was caused by the carpenters placing two by fours used for bracing the walls into the wet concrete floor. This is my 4th new construction home in my lifetime. Liz was my sales agent. She is awesome. I was surprised at Pulte’s pricing for upgrades. I would recommend a third party inspection prior to closing. Everett really made the difference so we could get my home completed for closing. This home is very nice. I guess I expected a fridge in the package. The only complaint is this is an over 65 community and in the master bathroom there is NO medicine cabinet. Most of us take medicine and it is really inconvenient to keep under the vanity in a box. That is really bad. Also the master closet could be bigger and the laundry room a little smaller. Nice neighborhood and neighbors.

The Building Superintendent that was assigned to my home was excellent, very responsive and pleasant to work with. Even though I closed earlier, I have only lived in the home a few weeks. I found that any issue I had was addressed quickly.

Anthony is wonderful in helping us get repairs done.

Overall, the experience was very good but a few things could be better. For example, a "Floor Outlet Option" is predetermined per plan but I was told I couldn't have a copy of the plans. It's useless where it is. A drain for the washing machine was missed when the slab was poured and well into framing. Obvious mistake which was missed. It was corrected but this should not have happened in the first place. After closing and while moving in, we discovered the dryer vent had been sheet-rocked over. Why was this not noticed during the final inspection by Pulte? It was quickly corrected. Overall, we are very pleased with our home. The few other problems we have found after moving in have been very minor and have been quickly corrected. ... More

I was not present for the building of my home, but Del Webb met my need to monitor progress on construction with a virtual meeting and by meeting with my representatives in my absence. When glitches did arise, I found the help of my sales counselor and, later, my field supervisor invaluable. Post move-in, they have been very responsive to my requests. ... More
