Had water damage from a roof leak. Subcontractor didn’t address problem for a few days. Aragon Pools has terrible customer service. Had pool issues that weren’t taken care of for a month.

Some initial issues with unequaled wall, non-square outlet installation, and missed areas for paint or paint splatters on darker painted areas. Water not turned on for dishwasher. Hole in drainage pipe and concrete in line that caused back up. Exterior GFI needed to be replaced. All have been corrected. ... More

House was not ready to be moved into. It was not clean and many items that were suppose to be fixed were not. These issues were identified in the walk thru. We have built 4 houses and this one was the least ready. Follow up on issues has been good but some still remain unresolved. I understand given the times we are living in it will take additional time to resolve these issues. ... More

Our sales guy was great, field manager etc. very inflexible on the options and not enough time to decide on options. Follow up has been very good. Nicole and dime you on everything.

Drainage from house not adequate

Interior walls not sturdy. Gaps between drywall and wall coverings of vents and electrical outlets and switches. Unwillingness to modify original plan to suit our specific needs unreasonable. Too concerned with quick building in order to satisfy monthy goals-they made sure we were closing by the end of the month, regardless of OUR schedule. Once the Building supervisor has completed his punch list and has turned it over to the warranty department good luck. Excuses then remedies

Your representatives were very responsive until the day of closing. Since then, promises made are so far just promises. We are also hearing similar complaints from our new neighbors. Not really big issues, but we get the unmistakable feeling that now you have our money, your concern about our approval is less important. We have not been contacted by Aragon pools ever, after a few phone calls to them. ... More

My home building has been a disaster. We had a walk thru and there were several items to be addressed. At the closing projects were supposed to be completed but were not. There was paint. Caulk and grout on the floors. We spent 3 full days scraping paint off the floors and still find it. Doors were not hung properly, pavers were covered with paint. 200 had to be replaced. We are still waiting for a roof problem. The bathtub was scratched. The front door did not line up properly. Our initial representative didn’t return calls. After the closing the new representative did not return calls or messages. To this date we have not heard from him. We have called the office and two women resolved a lot of the problems. Bottom line. If you consider using this company make sure you are there every day to oversee what the do. ... More
