We entered into this process expecting it to be akin to getting teeth pulled. Instead we were walked through every step with a bevy of information and every single question answered. We were encouraged to check in on progress whenever the build team wasn't there, which we did every single Sunday. I was able to ask all my annoying questions along the way that were really born out of curiosity. Going through the building process was a very good experience. If you’re looking to build a new house I recommend Fulton Homes.

Design center and construction process surpassed expectations

The only downside to our evaluation is the difficulty setting up getting pool keys and HOME Association but we believe this was to to the Covid-19 Crisis.

We think Fulton did a great job on our home we love it

We love our new home and Fulton has been great. There have been some issues, but Fulton has been dealing with them in a timely manner. We are so happy and excited to grow in our new home.

Love our new home! Covid 19 has caused response issues, but can't be helped. Definitely think Fulton should review their contractors though - pocooverde landscaping and chas Robert's air conditioning have been our biggest issues. I have nothing specific to say about the house either positive or negative. I bought a model home so it came with some features that other homes probably didn't. I am happy with my house. I would recommend this builder.

I love my house and love the quality of Fulton homes, but the service for repairs and touch ups are somewhat poor. We have had issues with some of the tasks we have asked to get done at closing. Which took over a month to address. The landscaping vendor that handles the turf has already been called back due to poor craftmanship. The communication with Poco Verde is one of the worst that I've experienced. ... More

I purchased a new build configured by a buyer that cancelled due to COVID so I only worked with them from home build completion to move in. They are extremely professional and honest. Even bad news is delivered accurately with clear next steps. I look forward to building with them in the future. ... More

The initial response is good. The timely manner that the repair is investigated and completed, not so much.

We will recommend the company to other buyer without hesitation.

Overall it is a nice house but there were (still are) many issues that need to be addressed. I have purchased new homes before and understand there are always construction items that need to be repaired or fixed, a punch list. We identified many of these during our walkthru which were supposed to be repaired before move in. There were not and no we have identified many more issues that need to be fixed. We have submitted those for repair but after 3 weeks nothing has been done. Ironically, in the model home is a non stop video playing about thier quality and attention to detail and how every home goes through multiple inspections before given to the homeowner. That didn't happen and I would suggest they play a different video. Not sure if I would purchase another Fulton home or not. ... More

some of the finish work not done very well. Soffit has bare spots. Still no toilet paper holders

The process was great. The only issue was things that were not repaired after our blue tape walkthrough. I’d rather be told they wouldn’t repair certain things than having to spend time on them during the walkthrough.

Fulton made my home buyers experience go very smoothly

Sales people were anxious to add high ticket options (SPA shower, deluxe garage door, oversized patio), but missed smaller items (extra electrical on over-sized patio, top of sink disposal switch..bad hip makes under sink switch a problem)

Overall the home is great. The Fulton staff have been quick to respond to concerns. The paint in the home is the cheapest chalk like paint you can get. It shows EVERYTHING. If you have kids it would be a hot mess. We've built 3 homes and this one is the most cosmetically pretty one yet. ... More

Thanks for sending back our survey. Our paint is Sherwin Williams top quality paint. It's the best we can buy. Over the past few years, paint companies have had to move to no VOC or volatile organic compound, for environmental issues.

I didn't have the full Fulton experience since I bought a model home. I was pleased with our sales rep. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.
