Our home was a builder home which came with a number of upgrades. Overall we love it. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed ( no show stoppers), With the pandemic and all the response has been a little less than desirable.

The entire buying process was smooth. All Highland representatives were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. My home was completed approximately one month ahead of schedule.

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end, highland Went above and beyond in every effort, even when things got dicey at the end, I can’t see myself buying from or building with a different builder again

The quality of the home stands out and when we get visitors they love the house.

Every highland representative was very friendly, trustworthy and easy to deal with. The materials used around the house are top notch, with only a couple issues primarily related to painters not being careful! As with any new house, a few issues came up after living in it for a few weeks, Highland's builder was extremely responsive and always willing to help out, I do feel Highland has my back if anything major were to happen. ... Great homes with good sales and building team. Open fast communication with no hassle.

Not covering flooring after installed caused some minor damage. Paint overspray, muddy shoes on carpets, some small paint drops on carpet. Very minor, but many subs did not remove shoes even though there was sign on door. Also, better communication on what we could have expected from pavers on back patio. They were not what we anticipated. We should have asked to see example. All in all, Garrett was very responsive to any and all concerns we had, and we were very happy with Garrett as our builder. ...
