Great builder but slow in response to warranty issues.

The Buying process was done all Virtually which was a bit scary as we could not see the home in person, K Hov and my realtor did and excellent job communicating with me and showing me as much as they possibly could. The home is beautiful almost meeting our “Dream home” we love everything about it. We bought two houses at the same time and assisted by the sale agent who was excellent in customer services.Thank you very much to Paula for helping us from A-Z in the process of purchasing two houses that was not the simple task. We received the the first house lot 70 that looked good on the walk through and we were satisfied . On the second house lot 66 there were some issues of workmanship with a lot of things need to be redone.However the follow up team did well on fixing it and the house was in satisfied quality now.
