We stumbled onto the Sola Vista community one day and fell in love with an inventory home that just became available that same day due to the previous buyers (who designed it) financing falling through. It felt like destiny, as we hadn't even listed our house for sale yet. The sales agent we worked with, Jorge, is a gem. Friendly, honest and super patient. The building manger, Lawrence, is just a fantastic human. He made sure that everything was perfect with the home. The walk through was extremely thorough. He's even checked in on us to see how things are going and if we've needed anything several times since closing and we've been here a month. All of our questions were answered and we were 100% satisfied. The community is gorgeous and very well kept, neighbors are friendly, and everyone at KHov is lovely to work with. So glad i decided to buy my home with K Hovnanian . Staff are excellent , especially Aaron onsite and Michael who supported the mortgage process.. Aaron was always on hand, sending updates throughout the home construction, with the regular pics he sent me, I was able to watch my home being built, without being there. He was so patient walking me through the entire house and has been there for questions after moving in. He really is such a credit to K Hovnanian. Michael was also amazing, always so patient with all the questions i had during the mortgage process. and then there was Karen during the closing process..
