It was a great experience. Lisa (Sales) and Sparky (Construction) were very nice and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way.

At first, I was apprehensive about buying from a builder. They seemed to hold all the cards. The initial sales pitch felt a bit like being at a car dealership, but once we progressed past that, and I started dealing with more of their team, I was very pleased at how thorough and organized they were, especially the loan officers and the person overseeing construction. I can't say enough about how Aaron made me feel like I could instantly trust him. He takes such pride in his work and craftsmanship, and he offered to follow up and help as I got moved in and maybe noticed some things. He was true to his word. When else do you get someone checking in on you after a sale like that? I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from K. The building process was very easy, the only issue we had was at the design studio, where some issues were not explained correctly and some information we were given was wrong.

We’re very pleased with our new home. There have been a few minor issues though KHov is on top of them and responds immediately. Everyone has been so nice and great to work with. Every step of the way they walk and guide you through everything. From the day we decided to buy the house through the day we closed they were there. Unlike the models, the driveways in front of the garage are way to short to park a standard car. Disgraceful!

Excellent service, terrible workmanship

After buying I saw that it was not functionally designed, the materials are regular. the lighting of the complex is very bad, they designed the complex to have no visit. They say things to sell and then do not comply with the provisions.
