They went at our pace, never overreached and was always available to take the time and answer any questions during the decision to build a home. My experience with K. Hovnanian Homes has been truly amazing, without our sales rep Ashely, my family without any doubt in our minds believe we would have not been able to take the step to purchase this beautiful Wilmington home. The thing we absolutely admired was how Ashely explained everything so thoroughly to us that when we got to the process of the the actual home loan, we were more than ready. We had all documents we needed so the process wouldn't be a slow one, as we were super excited. Started looking for a home in 2018 wasn’t too familiar with Khov or the Mont Belvieu area in 2019 a friend told us about this area and this builder we went and saw the model Easton II and here we are 6 months later loving our new home. Heather was our sales rep and she was so patient, helpful and kind. We had a gentlemen named Justin for our construction manager who kept us in the loop about every step of the build as we requested.
