We started our search around Feb and settle down on our fave unit mid March. Then COVID crisis brought down the City. Many needed to adjust rapidly to the new working environment. Most customer services quality dropped significantly. But we were lucky that our experience for buying our first new home went extrmely smoothly given the professionalism and understanding that we saw from all parties.
