Our Experience with Paul was great. He took time to explain everything and listened to our asks. We were looking for our first home together and had little luck finding the style and finishes we wanted in the price point we were hoping to stay within. We came here and was greeting by Monica and shown around. After seeing the finishes, price and neighborhood we decided this was the place for us. All along the way Monica was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions that came up. Picking out finishes was fun although I wish there were a few other options such as baseboard Trump style but that was all minor.
