Nia B. made the building process, so easy to understand. From the initial purchase, to the design and final move-in. Excellent communication skills and knowledgeable. Great asset to the company.

We have had a great experience working with the Khov team of Watson Creek. Everyone is very attentive and every issue that has arisen after our move in has been taken care of in a very timely manner.

Buying and building our home was awesome. James and Nia in the sales office did all they could to accommodate us and assist with the process. Once we did our last walk, some promises were made and, after we closed, they were never done. Our garage has a “crack” were the door and the wood connects. They promised to fix but after closing it became a “we don’t do that”. The house by our side was still being built when we closed and again it was promised that our lawn would be fixed and yard cleaned. Just a promise, never done. I wish that khov used better materials in their homes.

It is very difficult to deal with K H Mortgage just for $70,000.00 loan.

Overall great experience while going thru a global pandemic! It wasn't perfect but most things aren't but we absolutely love our home and the cost is outstanding. This was our first new construction build and we definitely would do it again.

The sales team was very helpful, but the finance team was another story. We had alot of back and forth which we have never had before in buying expierience. Maybe its just the times now?

Overall experience was pleasant. We had some serious troubles deciding options/upgrades with sales agent Howard F. Many options were not explained to us and some we requested were not added to the contract. At some places door trims do not appear to be of good quality. Above all, after a month of closing, mailbox is still being setup and we haven’t handed over the keys yet. This has created a whole bunch of issues with mail handling and shipments. No mail box set up. Roads not added in Google maps. USPS was not recognizing the Address. I have to submit several requests to Google. Had to make couple of trips to USPS. These things should have taken care by sales rep.

The whole loan application was a total nightmare and we only with KNV because of the home credit offered provided we took a loan through them. Every week for 4-5 weeks we were asked to provide additional documents starting with 2 yrs of tax returns including 1099s; 2 yrs of checking, savings, and retirement accounts and then they wanted copies of the initial retirement letter of 12 yrs ago stating date and monthly payment; and in addition, a letter stating why we were selling our legal residence and moving to TX.
