I don't think Lennar is in sink with all of there offices. whey will call you for closing when the home is not ready. if you give then 10 week heads up that you will be on Military orders they don't care and still set you up to close that day even if the home is not done. I think the next time we start looking for a new home we will start by looking for a new builder. ... More

I’m still waiting for repairs to be completed from my closing over four months ago. In addition I’m in the middle of fighting tooth and nail to get someone out to repair a roof leak that has caused extensive water damage and now black mold which has rendered three rooms in my house unable to be used. My kids are crammed into other rooms now. I’ve documented everything and even called management multiple times with now follow up. So disappointed with all the problems we have had. From being threatened with penalties to pay if we did not close when Lennar wanted (house had many defects) didn't even had many doors on interior for over 4 months. Lennar NEVER showing up to perform work orders when scheduled. Took forever to get response for scheduling. So sad our very first brand new home to be soooo disappointed! ... More

I regret buying with Lennar every single day. Materials used for construction are extremely cheap. Customer service and guarantee suck: stay away from this company

I can’t believe you have the audacity to ask me to review my experience when we closed the home 4 months ago and my property still NOT done. Starting from our New Home Orientation the house was barely put together without appliances, forcing us to close because your fiscal year was due un November, not caring about the buyer experience whatsoever, to constantly argue with the incompetent staff for the things we already paid for and them arranging contractors to come to our property without consulting with us, having to lost weeks of work just waiting for someone to show up. I still have missing doors, undone exterior, the temporary cheapest appliances, and many other things we literally had to pull teeth to get them fixed without the need because We thought you guys were the “#1 builder” in America. ...
