Overall, we are happy with our new home purchase, but we found many of Lennar's people operate with a lack of professionalism. They are not particularly responsive, they are often rude, and they do not hold a particularly high bar for quality.

This is my third new home built. This is by far the worst one. The walls are very uneven the painters are of poor quality. Several things need to be fixed. Not sure if I would recommend lennar

Previously Lennar used to build nice homes with utmost quality, ever since 2 years I see very poor quality in materials and workmanship.

Our yard wasn’t properly graded which caused flooding in our basement multiple times within the first two months. They crashed a bobcat into our house and took a long time and multiple requests to fix the damage. They didn’t put enough dirt down and sodded over straight rock in some areas... the list goes on. It's been 4 months since we moved in, from multiple dishwasher leak to replacing floor in the kitchen, we've had multiple issues with the quality of construction. Especially the dry wall, sheet rock issues. Many corners are crooked & had to redo them. All the air vents had huge bulges which required cutting the dry wall & repairing them. It's been 4 months & the repairs continue & note that, all these were part of addendum during closing. Lack of communication & trust since the time we signed the PA. We were promised a full lot for $44700 lot premium, half of our lot is now covered in water. When we raised this issue during drywall meeting & closure, we were told nothing can be done. We have an written email stating our lot is full size justifying the lot premium & there's no pond water in our lot. However, that's not the case. We've escalated this issue 3 months ago, yet to hear back on this from Lennar. We decided to buy Lennar as many of our friends suggested the quality is good, however in the last year or so, the quality is going south is something we often hear in our community. We've paid $0.62M for a sub-standard quality & all the pains our family had to go through with no dishwasher for 3 months & no kitchen flooring for a month & yet we continue to wait to hear from Lennar on how they are going to compensate for this pain & make things right for us. Out of curiosity we've seen few other houses in our community, which is same model (including model house) which has lot better finish. We've had no construction manager monitoring the build due to attrition & seem like we are the only one in the community who's faced all these issues. I would request & great appreciate if Lennar can take this seriously & help rectify these going forward. This home could have been beautiful. The layout, color scheme, location were all ideal. We have had nothing but trouble since we purchased. Water leaks, appliances that don’t work, landscaping is awful, poor workmanship throughout . Obvious that quality is not a top priority, but mass production is. Poor quality. Some of the cabinet doors didn't install properly, floors make a squeaky noise.

The people were great to work with. The actual house had many problems. Too many to list. Took months to actually have everything working properly! The contractors aren't worried about quality. They try to get everything done asap.

Look it is very cleaver to do a walk through and have us sign that we did so that way your not responsible for things missed. and then the workmanship on what was done was vey poor. the paint that was used holds stains almost instantly. and boy if you don't give some a perfect ten they turn on you like your the problem. We paid 415000.00 and it was our first new house and expected much better. they said someone would be in contact with us about all the modern Tech in the house so now our ring system does not work had to disconnect the alarm system because it would go off in the middle of the night and we have heard from no one and have no Idea who to talk to at one point we where told to call Amazon WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. And to top it all off the water pressure sucks but don't you worry I expect you to sit there in silence like you did from the last survey I filled out. The house showed very well but follow through is so poor. Once we moved in and issues arose their team put us in the back burner. I put in a service call for the countertops to be fixed and the first company agreed that the countertops were cracked then the lennar construction manager came and said that he would take a look at it and see what lennar wanted to do about it. I later received a letter to sign that they address the issue and that the countertop was not cracked. You can see it crystal clear that is not a natural crack. I am very upset about this problem and I don't know if I will ever buy another home with the lennar. Or recommend to anyone unless this issue is resolved. Poor timeliness when responding to issues. Poor communication with new homebuyers. Delay in getting all issues fixed/completed. Overall, would not recommend!

We have had to file 7 claims to care in 3 months. Lennar refuses to do anything above the minimum to fix. Not something we ever anticipated with a brand new home. Continue to set high expectations and fail to deliver on them.

Siding not finished on house. Decking done incorrectly with wrong materials. Gray hole filler used on dark brown cabinets, looks like paint spatters. Grading on lot buried construction debris such as nails, wood & metal scrap, etc. No warning when tradesmen would show up AFTER move in Surprise! Material used on back porch were not what was sold to us nor per plans submitted. Cracks and nail pops never fixed. Touch-up on paint not done. Repeated attempts to resolve deck and siding issues gone unanswered. Grading not done to code 3:1, Hit house numerous times with large machinery. Peggy is the best!! Rest of the Lennar team are horrible if there a word worst then horrible I will use it. Since we moved in we have requested multiple times for certain services and only once a service was full filled. We are still waiting on so many other service we’ve requested and their is no follow ups. They are few urgent service requests we have requested that are pertaining to dangerous materials on our roof and driveway and after several requests their is still no one came to check on the request. An entire door that goes to our basement is out off shape including the entrance and we were told that nothing can be done about it. We received and email just yesterday about that Lennar wants to check out contact number if it’s right on their records but when we emailed back why they want to check that we got an pre written email back but not an answer to our question. We don’t deserve the treatment that Lennar and people working for them have given ...... Lennar probably don’t care about their customer once the closing is done and customers have moved in. The quality of workmanship is awful. The quality of the product is awful. The contractors don't communicate with each other therefore leaving a less than standard quality product for the homeowner to fix. We moved in in Sept and we're still dealing with issues like placing a bathroom mirror over an outlet, tile cut wrong and showing the floor underneath, kitchen faucet disconnecting from the counter, wrong caulk in the entire basement, water filtration system was put in wrong, permanent footprints, broken and crooked heat vents, and so on. I could go on but will stop there. I cannot say in words how disappointed we are and that this may not be our forever home as we thought. We will never build with Lennar again. ... More

The townhome is not level, the trim work and cabinets are all crooked. There was holes in the subflooring they just put carpet over and never thought we would find. Our backsplash was cracked and they didn’t want to fix. They installed the wrong size island counter top, wrong kitchen sink, wrong facets in every bathroom, wrong shower heads in every shower, and wrong door handles on all the exterior doors. Our builder Mark Prokosch was terrible and completely untrustworthy and never responded to emails. He never seemed to know what was going on and never replaced items that were suppose to be changed out. ... More
