construction team is very execution focused and get things done as soon as they physically can. of course contact with sales office needs work as the closing took a lot of effort!

My home buying experience was okay. I just wish I was informed on when the house was completely built and finished but that is all.

We love our new home and customer service were very helpful in every way from beginning to end and helped with all of our questions. Linda and Mike are professional and easy to work with.

Overall the house buying experience was good. We had several issues that came up and I feel Pulte did a poor job of mitigating them. Also the quality seems to be all over the board. For example we have nice bathroom fans that turn on when they sense moisture, yet our wall paint is so cheap it is flat white and stains by just looking at it. You need to keep your finger on Pulte to ensure they deliver as promised and ensure each upgrade you pay for is installed! ... More

I had my house done before the end of this year which supposed to be finished at the end of November 2020, I know this pandemic had effect the supposed to be completion date. The builder missed a lot of things like screens on the windows and carpets nail on the stairs still out, even my two sons got wounded bec of that. Tiles that are uneven on foyer and kitchen area, paint that was missed. I was kind of upset because I put 20% down payment and I know Pulte works even better than that, I hope they will fixed this issue pretty soon. ... More

Sales associate didn't give correct information regarding credit from pulte. He was abrupt with his tone and demeanor. His answered were ambiguous and lacked proper communication. I would not recommend eddy skyes to a future homebuyer.

It is really important to identify and get things fixed before move-in. The biggest mistake I did during the home celebration was not paying attention to each and every detail as I was under the impression that any defect can be addressed later on due to a 12-month warranty. The Customer Service is terrible. They tell you what you want to hear then nothing gets fixed. I am very disappointed and let down by Pulte.

When I receive the keys, the walls are cracked. The doors are cracked. The garage doors are wrong.

Compare to other new construction houses ,Pulty model house is simple design, not special at all. We found out lot of issues when we walked through the house after it built and the whoever person in charge promised he would fix the problem but which he missed multiple area not fixed at all. We are kind of disappointed. The material they used are super cheap. After we moved in not even a month , the paint on the wall started to peel off. All the material they used my professional friend said it’s the cheapest one can not last longer time. About the house pricing ... I can say the seller really good at selling. But the price is not worthy for the location it is. ... More

Everyday we are discovering a new issue with house. Its been only a month and nails are coming out, thermostat is not working, bell is not working. Its been a very bad experience.

Poor build quality: -received a flat tire from driving into my garage for the first time -swept up a cup full of nails and screws in the garage afterwards (Robert has a picture of part of this) -after removing the carpets, tons of screws and nails left under the foam padding -multiple windows are scratched on the outside (worst one has been replaced) -front patio fencing has a huge laceration/scratch in it; still awaiting replacement -multiple areas were patched in the garage but still doesn’t look correct -multiple scratches, dings and cracks in the drywall ...
