This is our first home and I'd say that except for a small detail we're pretty happy. So far we didn't find any major defects or things that can't be quickly solved with the exception of one thing: a fan on the roof. The architect (i'm guessing) thought it was a great idea to put a high power fan on the very top of the building, dead center in the middle on our master bedroom roof. There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

The Field Manager Rodney Dimapiles did a fantastic job on the house, overall we like it a lot. However, the house still has some small issues and still waiting for someone to come over to repair. The tesla solar system didn't install well. After a long waiting period for the city inspection, they find out the system has issues and have to fix the issue and run over again the same process. Not sure how long this will take but it's a little bit disappointing because we already wait for over 3month but still can't tell when we will able to use the solar system. The water pipe system for the outdoor landscape has a lot of issues and because of that, the water mains burst many times already. I wish the team can do better job. Responsiveness to issues is slow once the deal is done. Wokmanship on house feels shoddy in some places attention to details is missing

I am very disappointed with the response from the Pulte onsite Construction team. They were very responsive till I provided an internal feedback to their team but after I gave good feedback they stopped responding and did not fix anything.

We moved into a Pulte new build condo and have so many issues and service is extremely slow (moved in durind COVID 19 SIP order). It took over a month and 4 appointments to get AC repaired. It works now but is incredibly loud. Decided to add ceiling fans so we don't have to live with the loud noise and found out none of the ceiling junction boxes were installed correctly so can't install anything until they are fixed. Master tub had lots of pitting leading to rust spots and now the tub takes over an hour to drain so we are showering in several inches of water. Garage door would stall while closing which was fixed but the noises have returned and anticipate it needed to be fixed again. Unless they see it as urgent, they don't respond quickly. If you are sensitive to noise, consider Pulte carefully as they are not sound insulated. From the bedroom, I can hear the dishwasher, AC, water heater, and booster fan in addition to noises from neighbors and all exterior doors. Pulte was a disappointing purchase. ... More

1. Wrong type window (fixed) was installed in master bedroom which can't be opened. 2. 240V wiring was wrong which burnt my new dryer. 3. The floor is not level, 4. the concrete patio is in wrong pitch, a big pond will formed at front door in every raining day 5. Garage floor has a lot of of oil stains Issue #3, 4, 5 were reported during final walk-through. Pulte promised will fix them. Almost 3 months from close, still have not be solved. Very disorganized (if not a total mess) and stressful in your loan processing. Almost missed the deadline, and we had to switch program at the last minute. The actual footage is over 10% smaller than advertised.
