Pulte hit a home run here. They built my 4 bed + den/3.1 bath in just four months. I visited almost daily to check out the progress. The worksite was always kept exceptionally clean. We purchased our home from a state 3000 miles away and it was one of the easiest homes we have built. During the sales process in selecting options Lance & Abby were professional, knowledgeable and very patient with our questions and concerns. They took the time to sent photos and information for us to feel comfortable with our selections. During the construction process Patrick took extra care in walking us through, via phone and video chats to walk through every detail of our home during the construction process. We were very impressed with quality and care taken to prepare our home for our walk through prior to closing. There were a few minor finishing issues we encountered during our walk through however, they are being resolved in a timely manner and Ryan has been very responsive to our needs in working around our schedule.
