We purchased a new Villa and feel it was a great decision for us. We owned our own home for 31 years and the Villa is the perfect option for us. The rooms are spacious and the materials such as quartz countertops, wood cabinets and other building materials are great quality for the price. Pulte offers many options to customize the Villa. We are excited that the best benefit for us is that all outside maintenance is included in the HOA fee. We are actually paying less for our HOA fee than we paid in exterior home maintenance for our single family home. Our Villa neighborhood owners consist of various age groups. This house is the 3rd house my wife and I built in the past 14 years and this has been by far the easiest, best experience out of all. Our CM was super responsive. He and I spoke almost every day during which time he kept me informed of the timeline, the process and answered all our questions. I visited the job site every day, sometimes twice and many times I would see our CM (Branden) in the area and stop and speak with him. He was always available and willing to talk for a bit and answer our questions and concerns. We trusted him and Pulte with our home build and we are more than happy with the outcome. Pulte constructs nice homes.

The builder was very helpful during the process, and is still always available to answer any questions I have! Also the response time on the service request was very quick, and an appointment has been set to get a few things straightened out.

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte as a first time home builder. I didn't really know what to expect but the build team was very helpful with answering my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout. The time from breaking ground to closing was a LOT faster than I had thought it might be, very happy with that! I didn't give 5 stars on quality because there was upselling for things that should have been standard (granite countertops throughout, media ports in living areas, etc.). Also some really easy design improvements would have put it up to 5 stars: For a "smart home" make sure the thermostat is smart compatible; Round the edge of the stair tread before laying the carpet on the stairs; Provide an option for the type of trees to plant in the front and back, ... We are very happy with our new Clearview model in Starkey Ranch. We have noticed a few minor issues with workmanship, but they have been responsive to many issues. Great experience

I have noticed that adjoining bedrooms or bathroom need more sound deadening material between the drywall. Sounds are easily transmitted and heard without any buffer.

My experience was wonderful as a first time homebuyer. Tyler was excellent. Trenton was attentive. Great group.
