I enjoyed the experienced of working with their agent Shard and builder Chase Pence. I had a terrible experience with a previous builder DR Horton. I normally would not mention names but clients need to know that Pulte can give them a better homes.

The Pulte office in Denver did a great job communicating both with phone calls and e-mails. Also the builder did an excellent job,

We had several quality build meetings with Jake. He was always able to answer our questions and explain the process. He did a great job of reaching out to us weekly and letting us know what was going on.

We relocated from another state to GA. We purchased the model home so we didn't have to pick out any materials etc. The purchase was conducted online and over the phone because of COVID and was a smooth process. Just lots of paperwork that normally comes with the purchase of a new home. We love the model because it has many, many upgrades not available in the other homes and it was mostly ready to go. It is beautiful and any repairs or problems have been addressed very quickly. We had a bit of a snafu with our move in date but could be blamed on COVID and a delay in getting a city permit to reconstruct the model home office back into a garage and a driveway had to be poured. Our construction customer service person is extremely friendly and responsive. We are now in month 3 of living in our new home and there are still some items on our 30 day list that need to be addressed, however, I feel confident that they will be fixed to the best of their ability. ... Jake was great to work. He was very responsive, answered all our questions and kept everything organized and on track. Our overall experience was great. There were several limiting options that resulted in a lot of extra work for us after we moved in, but that is what we signed up for. Unfortunately we didnt learn about many of these things until the design meeting which is after we already made commitments. This was a completed home so there were some things I would have done differently but I can change or add some later. Do a thorough inspection of your new home. I found a few things that need fixing. Luckily it's under warranty. Door sticking, Rattling noise in the air vent, hole on the master bathroom dry wall, hardwood floors has scratches in bedroom, hallway, kitcken, kitchen cabinet pullout drawer where stuck missing screws, front porch and back patio ceiling needs to be repainted. The home is relatively amazing. The contracted workers(painters, etc.) were pretty sloppy and didn’t pay attention to detail at all. Built the Furman Plan on River Green and put in all the options that we could think off. Wish we extended the Gathering room since we spend most of our time there. Very happy with the open floor plan and proximity to everything. Love the Master on main.
