The home was given to us impecable it was ready to move in clean and beautiful. The area is perfect close to major highways, shopping, and only 15 minutes from hospitals and downtown area. We found the process from lot selection to finally inspection seamless and completely acceptable. Great home buying experience.

Carlos was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful and responsive to concerns. The house was "live in ready" at closing, but there were some finishing details that were supposed to be taken care of the following day and I never heard back from the gentleman, Dean, who was going to have them fixed. When my concern was brought up to Carlos, he gave me all the information needed to take care of my needs.
