What Homeowners Have to Say About Pulte Homes

This is my third build with Pulte homes! I have always been please with their attention to detail and willingness to come correct any issues. My first build was in 1989, second in 2000 and this last one in 2020. Great teams every time!

Before you go to the Design Center try to get an interior designer. It will help you get the most design for your buck. You want someone that works for you. You don't want to spend unnecessary money on upgrades you can get later. Focus on the bones of the house, such as pony walls, baseboards, lighting, staircases....things that you would not want to rip out and replace after you move in. And please, do not get a balcony for your bedroom...its so unnecessary! I also recommend the cabinets but not the hardware, You can buy that later. I also do not recommend buying the appliances...you can do better elsewhere with better quality. Get the standard and replace later. ... More

The overall build quality was excellent, given the numerous upgrades and build complexity for our house. After moving in, a few minor issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Awesome price for the quality, area and home size! We looked for more then a year and Pulte workmanship, materials , home size and price had surpassed everything we had seen out there. Easy process and closed on time!

From the meeting all the way through the closing, Pulte's staff have been wonderful to work with. All the questions I had (and even questions I didn't think to ask) were answered promptly and honestly. The quality of the home is spectacular! It truly came out exactly as my wife and I imagined. Ron our Builder, Vanessa our Sales consultant and Colleen at the Design Center were the best part of the lengthy process. They were all so helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. Ron made sure we’re knew everything about our new home from inside and out. Vanessa was our first point of contact and one of the most helpful people through out the build. Anytime we had a question she was always there to help or find answers. Colleen at the design center made picking and choosing our home furnished so easy and without pressure. You think you know what you want until you get there. She answered so many questions, listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel pressured to upgrade anything we didn’t want.
