Note where phone jacks, towel racks, laundry room shelf etc., are to be located. More attention to minor, but important details. Some are non-existent or very inconvenient.

We had a great experience from contract time close. We didn’t have any major issues with the build process. Our project manager was extremely responsive and really Great at keeping us in formed the whole way.

Just bought a house from this builder. Ithe builder was very good. The quality of the house is excellent. The mortgage loan process was very smooth and customer service is very good too.
