We closed on our house at the end of April. The process was easy from the beginning and I visited twice for inspections before we closed and everything looked great. The walk through was very helpful to understand our new home, the warrantees and who to contact when assistance is needed. In the final inspection, we had a couple of small items that needed to be taken care of and they were addressed promptly. Our home buying experience with Pulte was wonderful, from start to finish. My Loan Manager made sure the loan processing aspect was smooth and efficient and our building superintendent did well managing our expectations and communicating.
