Most everything inside was done well, and the construction manager responded quickly to my questions and items that I pointed out. However, I would suggest to Pulte that they have only one contractor deal with the irrigation system and the landscaping. Multiple times the irrigation system would leak and that contractor would "fix it" and behind him the landscaping contractor would do something to damage the irrigation system and visa versa. ... Ensure all physical issues are resolved before closing. After closing, you have to go through warranty (who is very responsive).

For my particular development, the experience overall was great. From initial contact with the Sales Consultant to working with the Field Manager, every issue was addressed in a timely manner and very few "mistakes" were made by the third-party contractors during the build. I have noticed some issues inside after the build, but Pulte addressed them quickly and as others develop they will be covered under the warranties. I don’t think I could be more pleased with my new house. Short of the fact custom choices were limited. The house is exactly what was promised and finished when expected. The team was a pleasure to work with.

There are some small problems, one of the heating and air heaters room couldn’t closed tightly, because this door position is too low. The surface of entrance floor looks like unfinished.
