It was great working with the Sales team and although it was tough to bargain and pay a fair price, the premium we paid did not give us something out of this world. The end to end Sales and Service experience was good but the loan experience was a little painful as there were last minute request, the staff's inability to understand complex foreign statement and transactions and all this leading to running back and forth with the title company on the very last day. We were very clear on the closing day but the due to the lag by the loan company we were delayed by 3 days. Ofcourse there is a area for lot of improvement but I do not want to sound too negative as my overall experience with the house has been great so far! ... More

The homes are designed for the families of today. A lot of useful space but not too big. People love our community very quiet and clean.

LOVED my salesperson, Carlton! He guided me and explained things each step of the way. Although the backyards here are small, it turns out that means there's less work to maintain them. Pulte has a cookie cutter approach to home building and they don't deviate from the pattern. The good news is continuous improvement by doing the same thing better. The bad news is lack of flexible in design by the homeowner. From my viewpoint, I am willing to give up flexibility for tried and true quality. Overall, I am very happy with the home and the purchasing process. There are some very minor issues with the workmanship such as gaps, wood separating in certain areas, doors not closing easily, etc. Most of this stuff are cosmetic or easily fixable. We'll address these in our first warranty list. I took one star off from Responsiveness to issues is that there was a noticeable cosmetic defect in the outside of the house that we pointed out in the walk through, and that has not been addressed yet. Sam was our sales rep and was great to work and we were happy to work with her throughout the new build process.
