We were pleased overall with the building process. Pulte responded in a timely manner to our concerns.

House was not actually ready on the day of closing. But moved in anyways.

Check all work for quality and workmanship. Slow response in getting any issues fixed.

Problems with the mortgage proses!!

One month after closing everything is working great!

The painting finishes could be better. It appears that nothing was sanded before painting resulting in a rough finish

New buyer 2 months in home. So far only minor issues. Good response to warranty issues.

As far as my experience with Pulte was excellent with the home and quality also the construction Manager Jimmy was awesome and Kelly in the office. My only problem was with the Mortgage company, I felt like they could have done better in getting me qualified and listened more to me in the beginning but my overall experience was a good one and I do recommend them as a builder. ... Very good communication between autumn and us. Any issues she fixed right away. House is great so far

Always received timely feedback o questions and issues from the sales team and project manager.

We feel it is a good buy though we might have played more. Customer service is great.

From a Builder Manager, Daryl has been great to work with. Some of the laborers could probably do a better job at treating the build as if it were their own home

Anderson has been very responsive to my needs as a homeowner. He has been very prompt and is constantly in communication with me about work that needs to be done to my new home. I do wish that my paint kit would show up but that is beyond his control. My field manager Victor still owes me a window since the original one that was installed is scratched that issue is coming up on two months without a resolution. ... More

Roof leaked in bedroom. Painting could be better, missed spots and left big drips.

Loan process not too difficult to meet if prospective buyer believes he/she can afford the price. Nice floor plan for one story home.

Pulte was prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. The design is nice and the value is great. Don’t try to change anything though. Two things I was not happy with was the alarm/low voltage sub contractor. You feel like you have no options and anything you do is marked up pretty well. I also feel like painting in general was sloppy. Painting around (and on) switches and towel bars, missing spots, etc. just looked rushed. Lots of caulk and it doesn’t have a nice finished look. ...
