I wasn't overly impressed with any aspect of the process except our contractor (who's now leaving the company.) Pulte Mortgage was reliable except for the local VP who was on a power trip and a little rude. Fortunately, I only had one interaction with him. Our contractor and mortgage contact, Zach, were the people I trusted the most. The workers that build the house and mostly unreliable to do quality work unless the contractor stays on top of them. Fortunately, he did that for us and we're happy with the finished product. If he had less attention to detail, I don't think I would be as happy with the final product. ... More

Only been in the house for 6 weeks so it is a little early as we are still getting the house put together. Had a inspector review and inspect the house. Did not find many big issues. We have sent in requests to fix a few things. It is slow to get responses and people out to fix some things. So we will see. It’s average. About what you’d expect from building a home from a large company. Less choices, takes a minute to respond, but they do respond on everything.

I wish the craftsmanship and attention to detail was more on point. For how expensive it is everything should look perfect to the human eye. It’s not. The team is awesome and very responsive.

The kitchen is great. Everything else is good but not as good quality as we were expecting with what we paid for it. It looks very nice at first glance, but once you move in you notice so many details that were missed (like bathroom counters half an inch away from the wall on one side, etc.). From start to finish alot of errors where made. Talked to other owners in area and it seem the options offered to some owners wher not offered to others. There is not a paint and lighting options

Pulte home is good at offering homes at affordable price. But they are compromising on quality of the material they are using for construction of house. I feel like every part of house is very delicate and fragile.

Our house was not built very well. Our ceilings look awful. The house is built cheap and the quality looks nothing like the model. The workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to make repairs and they don’t do a good job on the repairs. Virus or not, I paid for a completed house. Pulte cares nothing for the customer after the check is signed

House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par. Work is very poor quality and the Pulte Warranty Group's answer is what do you want me to because these are they workers we have and this is the quality of work they do. Pulte needs to set expectations that their trades do not provide quality work to let the home buyer know what to expect in the end so that the home buyer will know that they need to spend tens of thousands of additional dollars to make there home meet the expectations you would expect when getting a brand new home. Overall the home is a good home, however Pulte does not manage their trades and does not expect their trades to perform high quality work, If we could do it over again we would have wanted Pulte to set the poor quality expectation or been given more time to look over the home to have all the poor quality fixed and moved out our close date. ... Numerous lies from sales person. Pulte mortgage tried to take our money saying we Had to buy mortgage points Common areas look horrible and neighborhood pool that was promised to be complete spring of 2020still not built or even started. All the retention ponds holding water so mosquitos are horrible. Can’t play outside with little one at all. Complete nightmare! From poor materials to inexperience, cheap contractors. Add that with zero quality control and you get a poorly built house. Pulte's only goal is to get your money then forget about you. They rushed us through the closing process, (still had blue tape after we closed) rush the construction process at the last minute. Get you to close then refuse to come back and fix anything. We have been in out home for 4 months and have beet met with unanswered emails and phone calls.
