Pulte Mortgage requires a lot of disclosures when you purchase from them. And at the end, they sell your loan. I’m still waiting on a 30 day walkthrough after 6 weeks of living in my home. We love our house, the builder was very attentive to us during the entire process , only concern/complain is that there were a lot of small details inside the house, i know its very hard for the builder to keep everything perfect having several workers in and out but lot of details on the painting, on the base boards, on the walls, ceiling , tiles , etc , for the price , all of that should not be present. I wanted a less stressed home buying experience, that's why I went with new build. But it seemed I had to put in more work on quality control work because the builder didn't. -Tile grout in the main bathroom not filled in completely causing dirt to fill in those areas not covered, need to buy something else to get the dirt out. -There are visible gaps around the front door, insulation was not done properly. -The landscaping is the major problem area, the area was not properly evened out before installing grass, there are many uneven areas that have now caused flooding with no drainage, in other areas, there is just mud. I suggest being very involved in building process from start to finish. If you're not, the completed product will be less than satisfactory. As for the mortgage company, proceed with caution.

No builder is going to give you a "perfect" experience. Pulte did a good job, but plenty of room for improvement. Construction-wise there are a LOT of small touches missed that collectively take away. Many of these things wouldn't really even cost anything except a few extra minutes of care (something that used to be called pride of workmanship which sadly is a lost art in our society). I will say that compared to DR Horton homes nearby, Pulte is head & shoulders above. Quite honestly, just that little bit extra customer service and care in the construction process would have been 5 stars - just a little bit! ... More

Nothing special. Don’t expect the treatment you get from other reputable builders in the same price range.

Low quality, shoddy work in some areas, poor customer service, misinformation, rushed design center appointment that missed significant details, excuses rather than fixes. Very disappointing, should have gone with DRHorton across the street.

House was not complete upon move in like it was supposed to be. Been like pulling teeth trying to get things corrected as they were supposed to be before closing. Yard has been under water for over a month.

Pulte was the worst experience ever from the time we started to the time we closed. The communication throughout the entire process was horrible. The only ones who were great was the design center. Our person who was in charge of the house during the process of it being built was Jackson. He failed many times at communicating things to us, fixing issues we had and staying on top of the workers. A couple of times when we came by during the build the workers had their children while bricking our house and then the end result of the brick on our house is now being fixed after being fixed 3 times prior to this! We were not impressed with pulte, save your self trouble and go to another company! The quality of Pulte is just ridiculous. I’ve seen way better and have had better experience with a previous builder. The only reason we stayed was because of the location however this isn’t even worth it to us now looking back. If I could rate it less I would! No one has even apologized for all the trouble it’s ridiculous! FAIR WARNING STAY AWAY FROM PULTE! ... More
